Project coordination and administration
In the course of the project, we will provide general administration and coordinate the activities of the participants.
The project teams, specified in the investment manual, will hold coordination meetings at previously agreed intervals. Each party will be represented at these meetings by persons authorized to make decisions. The project manager will draw up the minutes of each meeting, laying down the accepted measures and any information regarding the progress of the project. We establish an organizational scheme, a communication scheme, a documentation and administrational scheme, and a process management scheme.
Time and cost planning
It means the activities of technical inspectors, as stipulated in Government Decree 191/2009, with the use of our own working methods and systems. Commissioned by the Client, the technical inspector will inspect the professionality of the execution works and check compliance with the applicable legislation, official rules, standards, contracts and execution documents, as well as represent the Client’s interests during the execution.
The detailed job description of the technical inspector will be specified by the parties in the engagement contract. If the contract does not contain a detailed list of tasks or if the parties refer to the applicable legislation, the activities to be performed during the technical inspection will be stipulated by the Execution Code.
In each project phase we will ensure the level of quality required by the Client or under the European and Hungarian quality assurance systems.
Our operations are based on the principles and regulations of ISO 9001:2008 (quality management system), ISO 14001:2004 (environmental management system), OHSAS 18001:2007 (occupational health and safety management system) and VMR v4.0 2011 (railway quality management system).
The integrated quality management, railway quality management, environmental management and occupational health and safety management systems apply to the entire organization of CÉH zRt. and to all of its activities such as architectural engineering, bridge engineering, railway engineering, civil engineering, design controlling and overall investment project management.
In our activities we strive to minimize our carbon footprint and to avoid the use of polluting materials, tools, equipment and technologies. Compliance with the applicable occupational safety legislation is important during our work.
It means the elaboration and management of tendering procedures through the use of our own tools in accordance with internationally recognized procurement arrangements. We will assist the Client in the following areas: preparation and compilation of the call for bids; elaboration of the draft contract; issue of the invitation to tender, coordination of the information needs; evaluation of the bids, analysis of the prices with our own assessment system adjusted to the actual project and the Client’s requirements; organization and management of price negotiations; recommendation for decision-making, preparation of the tendering summary report. The goal is to prepare the Client’s decision and to select the most eligible contractor.
