One of the most complex tasks of the engineering work is to prepare and identify the medium- or long-term development of a town and then to efficiently take part in the preparation of the development plans. In turn, such town-level development plans form the basis of the regulation plans applicable to construction sites and define the limits of the construction works.
The usual (rather passive) method of urban planning actually defines the engineering limits of the development efforts. Based on its design experiences, the CÉH Group has worked out a method of urban planning that is able to phase all eligible development projects of a town with its environmental, economic, and social specialties tested for a time span of 15 years ahead (matching the EU planning periods). The method is based on the assessment of the actual and desired condition of the given town. Then the eligible projects are assessed and new projects are generated and specified. As a result, the development works of the relevant town may be performed through the coordination of all eligible projects in order to properly manage their interactions and to harmonize their respective deadlines, technical content and funding.
The multiproject method allows us to work out such an overall development plan that ensures active town development and offers specific development projects for the affected developers with a transparent display of all major frameworks.

After their successful log-in, the users may access those Project Server’s directories that they are permitted to handle at their respective levels of authorization.
The system data of the various projects are stored in a predefined directory structure. The system permits the modification and enlargement of this directory structure. However, the uniform layout must be preserved as it helps quick user navigation. The directory structure may be modified only by properly authorized users.
Authorized users may upload various documents that can be then downloaded or directly opened.
Due to constant system maintenance and updates, the participants of a project may access the project data any time and anywhere (where they can connect to the internet), and may also exchange information with other project participants.
The system can be synchronized with the Client’s own data storage system.
