Shape and visual design
The study plan version selected by the Client will be further elaborated into a permit application plan in accordance with the Client’s instructions. This plan version will be suitable for obtaining the building permit. The building permit drawings will be used for the tender plan, forming part of the tender documents, and then for the execution plan, which is the basis of the construction process. At the time of preparing the execution (construction) plan, we will also take into consideration the expectations of the winning contractor.
Relying on our widespread connections with operators and authorities, we will assist the Client in obtaining the building permit and the execution plan approvals.
Following the execution phase, we will prepare the implementation plans to reflect the state of completion, as well as the handling and maintenance instructions to facilitate professional maintenance.
The best solution is when our company manages the entire planning process, although we are able to join the work at any planning phase.
Design of construction technologies
The construction of bridges with individual design, large bay or high altitude always requires the use of special technologies. Normally, the applied technology is in constant interaction with the structural design work.
Subject to the actual planning phase, we will perform a general technological design work or, at the specific request of the Client, we will design a construction technology to suit the available machinery.
The design of technologies required for today’s very popular reconstruction and enlargement works represents a special challenge to us.
Tender preparation and cost estimation
The construction bid is based on the tender documentation to be prepared by the designer. A part of it is the tender plan, which can be as detailed as the building permit drawings or as the execution plans are, containing bills of quantities, quantitative calculations and technical specifications we make according to the Client’s requirements.
The cost estimate – to be prepared by the designer on the basis of up-to-date databases – is a useful means for evaluating of the construction bids.

Public roads and urban transport
As a leading supplier of engineering services, CÉH zRt. is keen on approaching the design tasks in a complex manner and, therefore, it assumes general responsibility for the coordination of the design work needed for large projects.
Apart from the architectural engineering and bridge design assignments treated with priority by CÉH zRt., transport planning is also an integral part of the architectural engineering and urban planning tasks. In the case of large projects – where transport planning tasks emerge in a wider networking context – we will involve specialized companies or highly experienced professionals in the planning phase.
The minor transport plans required for individual buildings will be prepared by our authorized senior designers.
Transport network improvements, particularly intermodal junctions and buildings implemented as part of the network to accommodate connection of multiple legs and community/commercial facilities have always played a major role in the development of cities. Knowing the crucial link between transport and urban development, we as designers responsible for building construction and associated transport arrangements – participate in transport design assignments.
