We will conduct an overall technical, financial, functional, and legal assessment of the property that the Client wishes to purchase, and we will make proposals for the technical conditions of implementation. We will issue an expert opinion on the possibilities and the technical,-legal, and financial aspects of the intended construction or reconstruction works.
In our feasibility study we will discuss the main legal, technical, environmental and business factors prevailing before the start of the investment project, and we will make proposals on how to reduce or avoid the risks. This study is to contain alternative solutions and their qualifications.
An environmental impact assessment must be conducted before the start of any activity that will or may have a significant impact on the environment. The purpose of EIA is to identify the actual condition, the qualitative/quantitative features, the load and loadability and the desired future condition of the environment. Depending on their type and degree of environmental impact, the various activities may be subject to the launch of a standardized licensing procedure for environment use pursuant to the applicable legislation. The detailed rules for the preliminary assessment procedure, the environmental impact assessment procedure and the standardized licensing procedure for environment use are stipulated in Government Decree 314/2005 (XII. 25.).

It is a decision-preparing study that involves the examination of a different kind of use of an existing property with or without a function. The study may cover technical, energy, environmental, social and business aspects.

Apart from engineering areas, our company provides the Clients with sophisticated consulting services with regard to EU grants and support schemes.
Facility management system set-up
Through the setting up of a CAFM (Computer-aided facility management) system, we provide a tool that will help the Client/Operator to achieve the optimum solution in the field of facility management (e.g. area management, cost of utilities, real estate registry, asset management, safeguarding, cleaning, etc.). Our activities cover both system constructions and system operations.
Independent engineering service
Independent of all other participants of the investment project, this engineering service can be used to supply objective and unbiased information for the participating authorities and financing institutions on the technical and financial status of the project. Its use is required mostly in the case of public procurements involving public funds.
Our activities also include technical price consultancy aimed at comparing the market and/or bid prices with the official prices listed in technical catalogues (e.g. Cost Estimation Guidelines for the Building Industry published by the Center for Construction Information).
FIDIC engineering activities
FIDIC (Fédération des Ingénieurs Conseils – International Federation of Consulting Engineers) was founded in 1913. Following a long intermission, Hungary rejoined it in 1992. The Hungarian member organization of FIDIC is the Association of Hungarian Consultant Engineers and Architects (Magyar Tanácsadó Mérnökök és Építésze Szövetsége – TMSZ). For the building industry public procurement procedures co-financed by the European Union or the investment projects financed by foreign capital in Hungary the FIDIC contractual terms shall/may be applied. In the FIDIC contracting system, the role of FIDIC engineers are based on independent engineering activities free from financial or political influences. Our engineers have an experience according to the FIDIC contracting system and codes of practice.
