The Városmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic has been inaugurated
The new seven-storey diagnostic and therapeutic centre of the Városmajor Heart and Vascular Clinic of Semmelweis University has been inaugurated.
Our company prepared the construction (execution) plans for the project on behalf of the general contractor ÉPKAR Zrt., in a design and build scheme. A total of 42 disciplines were involved in the design process, with their work coordinated through BIM modelling. We had to create a safe environment meeting special requirements for high-end medical technologies (MR, CT, DSA, ICU, monitored care units).
All these complex functions and requirements had to be accommodated on a very small plot, which posed a special challenge for everyone involved.
The newly inaugurated building is an important new milestone in Hungarian and European cardiology care, and we are pleased to have contributed to its realisation.
