Our 2025 ESG Report has been published. This is the fourth time we present our annual performance transparently in the areas of sustainable development that are of key importance to us. The report covers the period between 1 January and 31 December 2025, and summarises CÉH zRt.’s ESG approach, results, initiatives and future goals.

For us, sustainability is not merely a matter of corporate responsibility, but one of the fundamental conditions of long-term, future-proof operation. We believe that the economic, technological and social changes shaping the built environment can only be addressed successfully by an organisation that is economically stable, socially responsible and environmentally conscious at the same time.

CÉH’s ESG strategy is built on five key pillars: managing the environmental footprint of our own operations, developing technical solutions that support the green transition, expanding sustainability-related knowledge among our employees and future professionals, strengthening sustainability principles in professional thinking, and objectively evaluating our ESG performance.

In the report, we present, among other topics, our responsible and sustainable business solutions, our corporate governance principles, our initiatives supporting the development and well-being of our employees, and the environmental impacts of our own operations. Professional knowledge sharing also plays a key role: the work of CÉH’s Green Cabinet, the organisation-level processing of sustainability topics, and the involvement of young professionals all contribute to making sustainability an integral part of everyday engineering thinking.

The report also highlights that during the preparation and implementation of our projects, we are placing increasing emphasis on a full life cycle-based approach, the application of circular economy principles, digitalisation, and the consistent search for sustainable technical solutions. Our goal is to support our clients in selecting solutions that create long-term value.

We are proud of the progress we have made so far, while also recognising that sustainable operation requires continuous learning, development and cooperation. We would like to thank our colleagues, clients and partners for their trust and shared thinking, which enable us to continue this journey together.
