New CEO Appointed at the Helm of CÉH
After 26 years of shared work and countless defining professional achievements, our company’s CEO, Tibor Losonczi, stepped down from his position at the end of 2025. With heavy hearts, yet with understanding, we bid farewell to one of CÉH’s most influential leaders, a key figure in our balanced operations and long-term success. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Tibor for everything his personality, professional credibility and exemplary leadership have added to the CÉH community. He leaves behind foundations on which we can confidently build the future.
In line with our traditions, we selected his successor from within our own leadership team. From 1 January 2026, Attila Borbély, former Director of the Design Office, will assume the role of CEO. Since the beginning of his engineering career, Attila has played an active role in shaping CÉH’s achievements and has been a member of the management team since 2017. His work will be supported by Gábor Pál, Deputy CEO and Chief Financial Officer, and Szabolcs Riesz, Technical Director. The leadership of the Design Office will be continued by Ferenc Kószó, who, as former Deputy Director, has overseen our entire design project portfolio in a comprehensive manner.
For us, this change represents not only a closure, but also an opportunity. We are consciously reshaping our leadership structure to respond to the challenges of the coming decades: ensuring stability, providing space for continuous development, and consistently preserving the values that have always formed the foundation of CÉH’s operations – and will continue to do so in the future.
