Solutions Competition for the "Innovation Centre and Underground Parking" in Târgu Mureș

The Association between CÉH Inc. and Multinvest Proiectare, won the First Prize in the Solutions Competition for the "Innovation Centre and Underground Parking" in Târgu Mureș with a score of 87 points / 100.

The car park will have 404 parking spaces, of which 20 are for people with disabilities and 39 electric car charging spaces.

The whole development wants to form a place to strengthen the local community, to bring people and histories together, and to "innovate" the way of living together in the 21st century. Somehow echoing the idea of the 2021 Venice Architecture Biennale - "How will we live together". That's why the proposed interior spaces are multifunctional, with variable geometries and the possibility to be easily reinvented.
