We consider value as all relationships based on human values, quality thought, creation, facility, or method which are developed through our capabilities and the most advanced technologies, making the world more sustainable, better, and creating a livable future.
For us, the system means adherence to the principles of a systematic approach and our philosophy in work and operations, which includes predicting and adapting to future changes.
By value system, we mean our value-based ethical and moral principles that guide our behaviour and responsibilities towards our clients, our profession, our community, society, the economy, and our environment.

The intellectual capital of CÉH is our knowledge and the know-how we develop. One of the most important foundations of our growth is the expansion of our knowledge. Therefore:
- We build collaboration opportunities with universities, institutions, organizations, and other companies,
- We organize study trips and participate in professional conferences,
- We support the training of our staff.The CÉH Academy organizes CÉH’s educational activities, covering topics such as professional knowledge, IT – technological - digitalization knowledge, management skills, language skills, sustainability knowledge, and mental well-being.

We operate the CÉH organization within a well-structured framework, where organizational and project groups work together seamlessly and complement each other. Our structure is based on work organization - with no hierarchical subordination - where clear task allocation means clear responsibility allocation. We take responsibility for each other, each other’s work, and our collective results. We avoid hierarchical organization .
