Since CÉH exists, we have been building and developing systems in order to support our everyday operation and activity. Also, before launching a project, we build a system, develop the model of the process, build the organization, analyse resources, define the methodology.


COMPREHENSIVE ENGINEERING SERVICES, DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS AND OUR MIND-SET 

Our engineering services include building design and project management. In bridge design, we act as the general designer that is responsible for all engineering disciplines.

Being an organization of general engineering activity, we provide complex engineering solutions in building design by having all disciplines (architectural design, structural design, mechanical design and electrical design) in house, while our long-term partners deliver secondary and auxiliary services.

Development projects, however, require us to recognise and understand the business angle and goals of the Client. This not only calls for pure engineering expertise and experience, but also for economic, business and legal knowledge. For us, this sort of complex mindset is the route to a successful future. 


CAPABILITY TO DEVELOP AND SELF-DEVELOP IN OUR PROFESSION AND ON THE MARKET 

The most important asset of CÉH is the intellectual capital. Therefore, the development of our knowledge serves as the basis of our self-development.

Hence, CÉH offers, organizes and finances education, courses and activities for employees accordingly, in the framework of CÉH Academy;

Thus, within CÉH, we build a well-designed structure having a clear definition of tasks without superiors and subordinates. Here no one hurts or punishes anyone.

All our operational and working processes are designed, structured and managed. With regard to tasks built on each other, everyone takes responsibility for their individual and common duties. A company that is operational on the market has no political and ideological colour as a business and economic entity. Of course, opinions are free to vary and differ within the community. We avoid engagement and conflict of interest both on company- and individual level. It is the duty of the management to find the balance in collaborations and partnerships with other companies, persons and organizations, while still maintaining independence. As for us, we believe in: “ Being too close to the fire, will get you burnt. But being too far, will get you frozen.”


ECONOMIC SECURITY 

The start of CÉH, was mostly characterized by constant threats and risks. We learnt our lesson in finance the hard way, therefore, we know that the basis of our long-term operation is economic security and provision of reserves. Today, we are safe.
