Tatabánya Multifunctional Sport Hall won the 1st place in sports and recreation category and 3rd place in total at TEKLA BIM Awards 2021 competition.

During the general design of the 6000-seat sports facility, the engineers of our Building Design Department used our BIM working method, which was certified with KITEMARK by BSI, this year. As our subcontractor, E-Steel Mérnöki Kft. prepared the structural and factory design of the “pebble” shaped outer shell support structure.

After winning the national round, our project will be nominated in the international final, where it will compete with Czech, Slovakian, Benelux, Polish, Spanish, and Austrian sports facilities.
