Szent Borbála Hospital Tatabánya

In 2017, we compiled the planning documentation for the Szent Borbála Hospital in Tatabánya, which covered the partial refurbishment of the existing Building H and the approval of the new Building U.

In early 2021, Strabag Építőipari Zrt. won the public tender commenced for the planning and construction of the new annexe of the hospital. The architects of CÉH were entrusted with designing the licencing and construction plans.

The new Building U will have various inpatient wards, a laboratory as well as a spa and physiotherapy centre, which may also be used by outpatients. Indoor corridors and bridges will connect the new building to the existing buildings B, C, L and H.

During the planning work, we take advantage of our BIM methodology that was also certified by BSI (British Standards Institution) in 2020.
