Budafok Remise
We participated in the licensing, detailed design, and tender design phases of the Budafok Tram Depot project as subcontractors, regarding the trades architecture and statics. In the detailed design phase, CÉH (our company), as general contractor, carried out design change tasks related to the construction project.
The building serves as a storage, maintenance, and repair base for BKV’s (Budapest Transport Privately Held Corporation’s) short and long CAF, Combino, and Tatra T5C5 trams, including the required technological service systems and equipment. Since the second decade of the 20th century, it has been the first new tram depot of the capital city with a special architectural appearance.
