Paks Municipal Swimming Pool and Leisure Bath – Building Permit Design

The planned development of a new municipal swimming pool and leisure bath in Paks aimed to expand the city's sports and recreational facilities. The project was conceived as a modern complex designed to accommodate both swimming activities and leisure bathing.

Based on the feasibility study and the subsequent design programme, our responsibility was to prepare the building permit documentation for the new complex. The design process required the integration of different spatial and functional requirements, taking into account the needs of swimmers, recreational visitors and facility operators.

A key aspect of our work was coordinating the architectural and technical requirements of the swimming and leisure facilities within a unified design approach. The completed permit documentation provided a basis for the project's further technical development, supporting Paks's long-term plans to expand its sports infrastructure.
