Jamie's Italian Trinity Restaurant
Jamie’s Italian Trinity opened on Szentháromság Street as one of the prominent hospitality venues in the Buda Castle District. The site is distinctive not only because of the international restaurant brand, but also because the guest area operates in a historic urban setting, in the immediate vicinity of Matthias Church.
The development was connected to the renewal of a formerly vacant restaurant property. The aim was to create a hospitality venue that meets the interior design and operational expectations of the Jamie’s Italian brand, the characteristics of the Buda Castle environment, and the practical requirements of a high-traffic restaurant.
We participated in the investment with project management and technical supervision services. Our work focused on monitoring the construction processes, reviewing the technical content, supporting quality assurance and coordinating the work of the participants.
In a restaurant fit-out, a complex technical and operational system must work reliably behind the visible guest area. Kitchen technology, ventilation, mechanical and electrical systems, guest circulation routes and interior design details can only deliver a good result if they are precisely coordinated during construction.
The main outcome of the project was the creation of a restaurant space that connects an international hospitality brand with one of Budapest’s most sensitive historic locations. The renewed restaurant operates as part of the tourism and gastronomy offering of the Buda Castle District, while the interior and technical background support intensive everyday restaurant use.
