Jamie's Italian Trinity Restaurant
Jamie’s Italian Budapest is Jamie Oliver’s first restaurant in Central Europe, located in Szentháromság Street in the historic Buda Castle. Run by Zsidai family, the restaurant offering simple but tasty meals opened its doors to guests under the Jamie Oliver name. Our company’s task in the project was to provide project management and technical supervision services.
