Production hall of nearly 550 m length, with a capacity to be developed in several phases. The production and storage processes are housed in a closed building cube, while the auxiliary establishments serving office, welfare and technological purposes are connected to the main building. The precast reinforced concrete main building with mounted front cover is mainly a one-storied building, partly with underground level (with technological tunnels) and partly with 1-2 storeys. The monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton office block of two floors and the reinforced concrete skeleton welfare building, monolithic as well, are connected through the entrance hall with the atrium of professionally designed garden, planned behind the reception area. In addition to the entrance building, technological buildings have also been constructed.
