Bridgestone Tyre Factory
An industrial hall nearly 550 metres in length, designed with capacity to be expanded in multiple phases. The manufacturing and warehousing processes are housed within a single enclosed building block, while the auxiliary office, social, and technology-related service facilities are connected directly to the main building.
The main building, featuring a prefabricated reinforced concrete structure with a panel façade, is primarily single-storey, partly with a basement (including technological tunnels), and partly with one or two upper floors. The two-storey office building with a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and the two-storey changing facility with the same structural system are connected to the main entrance lobby, which includes a landscaped atrium behind the reception area. In addition to the gatehouse, several technological service buildings were also constructed.
The facility integrates all production functions from raw material storage, mixing, vulcanisation, warehousing, to dispatch, and also includes social facilities such as a cafeteria, office, and changing rooms. This building was realised as the first step of a long-term cooperation, followed by several additional production phases and smaller extensions, marking our first major industrial facility project.
