Paskál Residential Park
Paskál Residential Park was developed in Budapest's 14th district, near the Paskál Thermal Bath and the Rákos Stream. Built in several phases, the residential complex comprises suburban-style apartment buildings, landscaped communal areas and a residential care home for the elderly. The development offers apartments of various sizes and layouts, alongside facilities designed to support the care and daily needs of elderly residents.
Our responsibilities included technical supervision and engineering consultancy services. Our work covered 543 apartments as well as the Arany Alkony Paskál residential care home. Our engineers verified compliance with technical requirements during construction and provided expert support throughout the implementation process.
One of the distinguishing features of the project was the combination of buildings with different functions, developed in several phases. Alongside the predominantly two- to four-storey residential buildings, the elderly care home accommodates specialised care and support facilities. Providing technical supervision and engineering expertise for buildings with different purposes required a comprehensive engineering approach.
The development created a landscaped residential environment offering a diverse range of housing options. It also contributed to the expansion of the residential property stock in Zugló and the development of institutional care facilities for the elderly.
