Fagyöngy Residential Park
Fagyöngy Residential Park, consisting of 160 apartments, was built in the 3rd district of Budapest, in Csillaghegy. The development of Redwood Holding Kft. took place on the site of the demolished Óbuda paper plant, in a green belt, suburban area.
Within the area of the residential park, 6 pieces of groundfloor+2-storey and 4 pieces of ground-floor+4-storey buildings were built. Each apartment has a terrace or balcony with views of the Buda Hills. The SMART ceiling cooling and heating of the technically highly equipped, energy-efficient apartments is supplied by the air-to-air heat pump system installed on the flat roof.
The design of the interior and exterior spaces reflects naturalness and coziness. The buildings are characterized by smooth, fresh design, close-to-nature material use and simple shapes both outside and inside. The perforated powder-coated metal panels separating the balconies appear as unique design elements on the facades and masses of the buildings. The staircases were designed as pleasant interiors with atrium natural lighting. The distance between the blocks provides sufficient intimacy for the inhabitants. An active garden has become an integral part of the modern space design, with a nearly 400 m2 playground and gym equipment for those wishing to relax.
In the investment, which won the “Residential Development of the Year Award 2020” at the Real Estate Awards, the engineers of our Project Management Department performed the management and technical inspection tasks.
