Fagyöngy Residential Park

The Fagyöngy Residential Park was developed in Budapest’s District III, in Csillaghegy, on the site of the former Óbuda paper mill. The project comprises 160 apartments in 10 smaller residential buildings. Landscaped areas and shared outdoor spaces between the buildings create an open, green living environment that fits naturally into the suburban character of the neighbourhood.

Our task was to manage the development and provide technical supervision. Coordinating a project of several residential buildings required continuous coordination and consistent technical control. Throughout construction, we monitored progress, quality and compliance with the technical requirements.

Energy-efficient building systems contribute to the comfort of the apartments, including a heat pump system connected to ceiling heating and cooling. Landscaped communal areas, a playground of nearly 400 square metres and outdoor fitness equipment are also important elements of the residential environment.
