Preparation of the “Duna Avenue” real estate development master plan
The subject of the project is a master plan for the development of approximately 13 hectares of land along the Soroksár branch of the Danube.
The main consideration during the property development was the creation of a mixed-use urban area, allowing for the coordinated integration of residential, commercial, and service functions. We have given special attention to the fact that the capital's urban structure plan has designated the Eurovelo 6 international and national cycle route along the Soroksár branch of the Danube, and the master plan reflects this, ensuring connectivity and environmental integration.
During the project, we examined the characteristics, location, and accessibility of the site, its buildability in terms of building regulations, and we also analyzed the area from a real estate development, technical, and financing perspective.
