Skanska Nordic Light Office Building

In addition to “For Tomorrow’s Cities” Trademark established by the City Hungary Program, the office complex has also won the “Most Innovative Green Building Development Project” Award of Construction & Investment Journal (CIJ). With the construction of the Class A office building, the outer space around the complex has also been renewed – the public passage interconnecting Váci and Visegrádi Streets creates a pleasant environment for both tenants and passers-by.

A very specific feature the complex has is the Aurora Borealis-like LED façade lighting, along with a bunch of green and highly innovative solutions, which altogether make this complex one of Budapest’s most up-to-date office buildings.

Our tasks included project coordination, technical supervision and LEED expertise.
