T-Mobile Office Building on Szerémi Road
The T-Mobile office building on Szerémi Road in Budapest's 11th district was developed as an extension to the company's existing office complex. The new elliptical building, comprising a ground floor and eight upper floors, is connected to the existing seven-storey office building by a lower building wing with a green roof. The development aimed to expand the workspace required for the company's central office and IT operations.
Our responsibilities included building design and project management services. Our design team had to coordinate the architectural and technical features of the new building with the characteristics of the existing structure, while our project management team was involved in organising and coordinating the implementation process.
One of the building's defining architectural features is its curved façade, with adjustable external shading elements following the building's shape in front of the ribbon windows. The connecting wing between the two office buildings features a green roof, while parking is accommodated in a five-level split-floor underground garage. In addition to office spaces, the complex includes conference facilities, IT support areas and communal amenities for employees.
The development created a modern, interconnected office complex supporting T-Mobile's central operations. The architectural and technical quality of the Szerémi Road office building was recognised with the Építőipari Nívódíj construction excellence award.
