Porsche Hungaria Headquarters
The expansion of Porsche Hungaria’s headquarters in Budapest was aimed at developing facilities supporting the company’s vehicle import, sales and servicing operations. The project on Fáy Street included an office building, a car showroom and service buildings integrated into the existing headquarters site.
Our responsibility was to provide comprehensive building design services for the site expansion. Our design team worked on buildings accommodating office, commercial and vehicle servicing functions. Coordinating the technical and functional requirements of these different building types was a key aspect of the design process.
The complexity of the project arose from the different operational requirements of each function. The office environment, customer-oriented car showroom and vehicle repair workshops required different spatial arrangements and building services systems. During the design process, we also had to ensure that the new facilities were integrated with the existing site.
The development expanded Porsche Hungaria’s headquarters with modern office, sales and servicing facilities, supporting the company’s operations and customer services in Hungary.
