The investment project involved the full renewal of the existing studio building of 9,000 m², the service building of 1,600sqmand the micro-tower. As part of the reconstruction, new facilities were built: office block (20,000 m²), studios (12,000 m²), power center (1,000 m²) and service buildings (12,000 m²), as well as VIP and staff car parks, public utilities, roads and green surfaces related to the main functions. We performed the investment project's overall technical inspection with regard to civil engineering, architecture, structural and sanitary engineering, electricity, public utilities, road construction and garden design. In addition, we were also responsible for the technical and cost consulting issues of the related change management.
