Porsche Parts Center
Comprehensive planning of logistic centre with public road and railway serving + office building.
The Porsche Parts Center established in Budaörs is a warehouse hub that plays a key role in the distribution of automotive parts in the region. The current building complex was constructed in two phases. During the first phase in 2002–2003, a single-story warehouse hall of approximately 10,000 m² and a three-story office building of around 1,600 m² were built. In the second phase, between 2006 and 2007, the warehouse was expanded by about 11,000 m². An interesting feature of the warehouse is that a large portion of its roof was built using a shed roof structure made from precast reinforced concrete elements, which is a notable deviation from the typical low-slope flat roof design.
