CTPark Szigetszentmiklós Logistics Centre

At the beginning of 2025, CTPark’s two newly built greenfield logistics halls in Szigetszentmiklós were filled and put into operation. These are the first buildings in the industrial park named after the developer. Their floor areas stretch from 20,000 to 96,000 square metres, and among them we would like to highlight the giant warehouse. This facility includes a 17,000 m² sub-zero cold store kept at 1°C ("house within a house"), a 14,000 m² section maintained at 12°C, and a 17,000 m² open storage area at the end of the hall. Walking around the nearly 800-metre-long building makes for a tour of over 2 kilometres, where up to 203 docking trucks can be present at the same time. A rooftop solar panel array contributes to reducing the ecological footprint by harnessing sunny weather conditions.
