Logistics Center, Üllő
The nearly 40,000 m² distribution center incorporates outstanding technological solutions, including an ongoing BREEAM “Very Good” certification process, an approximately 280 kWp rooftop photovoltaic system, a 47% green area ratio, more than 27,000 sprinkler heads, and a firefighting water capacity of 3,600 m³, ensuring safe and sustainable operation.
Logistics efficiency is supported by 42 docking gates and a three-level pick-up tower with a total floor area of approximately 10,800 m².
We worked on the project on behalf of the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund, providing project control services to support the implementation of the development. Our responsibilities included monitoring the contractual performance of agreements concluded by the client and representing the owner’s interests. Our work covered cost and schedule tracking, risk analysis, reporting, and decision-making support, all aimed at delivering the logistics center in a transparent and well-planned manner, in line with the defined deadlines and budget framework.
The project was realized as an investment of the OTP Real Estate Investment Fund, developed by Panattoni Hungary, with Goldbeck Hungária Kft. acting as the general contractor.
