CTPark Budapest Érd
Supported by our site assessment, CTP also acquired a logistics site in Érd. In January 2025, CTP launched the development on the approximately 70-hectare site; in the first phase, nearly 80,000 m2 of warehouse space will be completed, while in the longer term the entire park will offer a total of approximately 250,000 m2 of modern, sustainable Class A space.
Since 2025, we have been involved in the development as technical supervisors. Our task is to carry out statutory technical supervision of the construction processes and to ensure continuous quality control in cooperation across the architectural, structural, building electrical, building services, as well as road and utility disciplines.
The aim of the development is to increase warehouse and production capacity for lease, while placing strong emphasis on the construction quality of modern industrial halls, energy efficiency, and the consistent adherence to strict deadlines aligned with tenant requirements.
One of the project’s defining site conditions was the periodically high groundwater level resulting from the proximity of the Danube, which made it necessary to raise the entire site by one metre.
We carry out on-site technical supervision with the support of PlanRadar.
As part of the project, the supporting infrastructure for logistics operations is also being improved: a new roundabout is being built to provide easier access to the M0 motorway.
The sustainability aspects of the development are reinforced by highly insulated façade and roof structures, as well as a rooftop photovoltaic system. The park is being developed in line with strict ESG criteria, targets BREEAM certification, and follows a development approach that is aligned with the natural environment and biodiversity.
