CTPark Vecsés

CTPark Vecsés is part of CTP’s development programme aimed at expanding its portfolio of leasable industrial halls. The project is located in the Vecsés area, close to the M0 ring road and the M4 and M5 motorways. Its location is particularly favourable for logistics and manufacturing companies, with Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport also within easy reach. The aim of the investment is to create additional warehouse and production capacities for lease.

CÉH zRt. is involved in the development as technical supervisor. Our role includes the statutory technical supervision of construction processes and the continuous monitoring of quality, with architectural and structural, electrical, mechanical, road and utility engineering competences working together.

The project places strong emphasis on the construction quality of modern industrial halls, energy efficiency and meeting the strict deadlines defined by tenant requirements. On-site technical supervision is supported by PlanRadar, helping to manage observations, workflows and feedback in a transparent and traceable way.

Sustainability aspects of the development are supported by high-performance insulated façade panels, a modern roof build-up and a rooftop photovoltaic system. The park’s location, its suitability for manufacturing and logistics functions, and its high technical standards together define the value of the development.
