Park Moson Logistics Centre

Park Moson Logistics Centre is a 27,000 m² logistics facility under construction in Mosonmagyaróvár. The aim of the development is to create a modern, large-scale and efficiently operated logistics centre that strengthens the region’s economic and freight transport capacities.

The facility has an overall footprint of 250 × 109 metres. Its main load-bearing structure is made of precast reinforced concrete elements, and a two-storey office zone is located in the north-eastern part of the building. Due to the scale, structural system and function of the facility, the construction process requires precise scheduling, continuous on-site presence and consistent technical control.

CÉH zRt. provides technical supervision services during the implementation of the project. Our role is to ensure that construction is carried out in accordance with the approved designs, technical requirements and applicable regulations, while maintaining continuous control over quality, scheduling and on-site processes.

The project also includes aspects that support energy-efficient operation and electric freight transport. As technical supervisor, CÉH zRt. monitors the implementation of these requirements to help ensure that the logistics centre is delivered on sound technical foundations and is prepared for future operational expectations.

The general contractor of the development is Market Építő Zrt.
