Reconstruction of SPAR stores

During the renovation and modernization projects of the INTERSPAR stores, special attention was given to increasing energy efficiency and applying environmentally friendly technologies. As part of the modernization, cost-efficient lighting systems and advanced refrigeration technologies were introduced. The transformation of the store interiors was carried out using natural materials, in cooperation with both Hungarian and international professionals. Significant emphasis was also placed on staff training, and therefore dedicated training rooms were created. The refurbishments and reconstructions were carried out in a phased manner—either without full closures or during ongoing operations—at the following locations: Pesterzsébet, Kispest (Europark), Miskolc (Szinvapark), Dunaújváros, Pécs, Óbuda (Eurocenter), Székesfehérvár. Our Project Management Office was responsible for providing project management and technical supervision services for the investments.
