OBI department store
The do-it-yourself department store covering 8,000 sqm was built in the commercial park of Sopron, and we participated in the project as project manager and technical consultant. In addition to traditional activities involved in project implementation - tendering procedures allowing for competition, obtaining the necessary permits, technical inspection -, special attention was needed to meet the future tenant's expectations, requests and demand for changes.
