OBI DIY Store, Sopron

The OBI DIY store in Sopron was developed within a retail park as an 8,000 m² commercial facility, designed to meet the operational and technical requirements of its future tenant.

We participated in the development as project managers and technical consultants. Our responsibilities included organising competitive tenders for contractors, coordinating the permitting processes and providing technical supervision during construction.

One of the main challenges of the project was managing the future tenant's requirements and the changes requested during implementation. Our project management team helped align the tenant's needs with the technical requirements and construction constraints of the development. The project followed a tight schedule, with the store's comprehensive mechanical and electrical installations completed in approximately three months.

The development expanded the retail park with a modern DIY store tailored to the tenant's operational needs, contributing to the growth of Sopron's retail offering.
