Porsche PIA Buda Dealership
The modernisation of Porsche PIA Buda’s existing site in Budapest included the development of new Volkswagen and SEAT showrooms, as well as a service building. The project aimed to expand the dealership’s sales and vehicle servicing capacity while improving customer service facilities.
Our responsibility was to provide comprehensive building design services for the new showrooms and service building. Our design team had to coordinate the different brand identity requirements, customer-oriented showroom layouts and technical functions associated with vehicle servicing, while taking into account the constraints of the existing site.
The Volkswagen and SEAT showrooms facing Szerémi Road incorporate architectural and design elements specific to each brand. The Volkswagen showroom was designed according to the piazza concept, while the SEAT showroom features large glass surfaces and structural steel elements. The comprehensive modernisation of the site also included upgrades to the repair and bodywork workshops, express service facilities and spare parts operations. Environmental considerations formed part of the development programme, including a water recycling system for the car wash and separate waste collection.
The project provided Porsche Buda with modern showrooms and significantly increased service capacity, improving the operational conditions for vehicle sales and servicing.
