SPAR Törökbálint
On the plot next to Lake Törökbálint and owned by SPAR, in the shopping mall of nearly 5000 m2 floor area, the SPAR hypermarket occupies 2164 m2. Also, there is a dm store, a Lipót Bakery and other shops in the building.
It is not only the exterior that is modern but the HVAC system: it is a high environmental performance, integrated heating and cooling system using carbon dioxide cooling agent, that is capable of utilizing waste heat with good efficiency. In the store space, a high-end refrigerated beverage chamber has also been set up, which has so far been installed in only a few stores in Hungary.
As customers of the chain store have almost become accustomed to it, they can also enjoy the benefits of a family-friendly playground next to the supermarket. One of the very spectacular and useful elements of the investment is the car park with colourful, highly attention-grabbing traffic signs, where you simply cannot get lost. Being environmental conscious, charging stations for electric cars have also been installed in the area.
During the greenfield investment, our Project Management Department performed the complete project management and technical inspection tasks, from the supervision of the construction drawings, throughout the construction and till gaining the occupancy permit.
