EUROAPI Laboratory Development in Budapest

The 1,200-square-metre laboratory development at EUROAPI’s Budapest site was integrated into an operational pharmaceutical research and manufacturing environment. The new laboratory functions had to be connected to the existing technical and operational systems of the site.

CÉH zRt. provided project coordination and technical supervision services. Our work supported cooperation between the client, designers, contractors and technology specialists involved in the development.

The implementation required coordinated management of the architectural layout, mechanical and electrical systems, and the requirements of the laboratory technology. Particular attention was needed because the work took place at an operational pharmaceutical site with established requirements for operational reliability and quality assurance.

Through technical supervision, CÉH zRt. monitored compliance with the design and specified technical content, the quality of construction and the progress of the project. Project coordination also supported the resolution of technical matters and the alignment of interdependent activities.
